I can only put what "work I did" so basically Billable hours only.

That's not how employment law works. . . you're there and willing and able to work. It's your bosses fault for not having things for you to do.

Stayed home with my son and worked from the house, had 6.5 hours of Billable hours on customer checks and half an hour of emails.
7 hours.

Doesn't matter. Like @DustinB3403 said, you should have rights. If you worked for 8 hours and made 7 "billable ones", ... it's 8 hours of work.

Getting to and from work is your own business. I would get paid if the traffic jam happens on a business trip. Guess it's the same in the US.

Never had any issues. Think of AliExpress as eBay + clearance platform. The question is: Who is asking? AE or the vendor? I would simply contact AE's customer support.

One of my ES-48 went south today

UNMS reported a connection loss, can't ssh or ping the switch. Will have a look at the serial port tomorrow, bypassed the few connected ports to another switch for today.

That's the second (probably) dead ES-48 out of approx. 25 in ~4 years.

Upgrading a few old Dell OptiPlex 9020 with SSDs. For some reason, I can't clone the old OS to the SSD (broken BCD on reboot, already tried to fix it). Will take a closer look tomorrow.
