      Interesting, on the website, the included apps are the same.

      They include the same apps but some of the rights are different:-

      RDS isn't virtualization though - at least I don't think it is.

      @scottalanmiller ??

      This is how Microsoft describe it in this context, including which plans it's available on:

      @dashrender
      It's a one off issue we have. We have all 50+ Sites running of an MPLS, if something happens and we need BT to look at a line issue then we are subject to OpenReach SLA's. So while they are down most stores have monitored CCTV on a separate BB line, so we use this as a temp VPN connection to a Draytek here that is on a different sub net range to my VM infrastructure. So when they are using the VPN and the route has been changed on the Core switch zabbix can't ping the MPLS Cisco router as the route now goes through the Draytek. So I need to static the route through the MPLS router so zabbix tells me the connection is up once BT have visited.

      Solved it myself woop 😄

      What i did was removed the rtl88xxau drivers (apt purge realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms)

      then used this github and installed https://github.com/aircrack-ng/rtl8812au/tree/v5.1.5

      adding i needed to run chmod +x on dkms-install.sh before install

      The other option is x2go, which is based on the NX protocol. It's been long enough since I last used it, I can't remember if it did what you want. But I am pretty sure that it will do it.

      I just re-OS'ed my rPi3 yesterday.. so I haven't had much time to do much with it, but load some of the software I use.

      You need one SIP trunk and in your PBX config, you tell it 3 max calls allowed.

      So if I just bought a trunk form someone like this:-
      https://www.800comms.co.uk/
      That's £35 for the year I could have several calls on this at once? Or do I need to find a SIP provider that will give me a trunk with lots of capacity to speak?

      Thanks for the link, i checked and i assume the cost is not to high, but i follow up the next company and buy sip trunk services from them.

      There is Twilio and a Telnyx in the U.K. As well,

      If that's all that needs to be done on the computer, what OS training is needed?

      You sir, obviously have better users than I do, if you can ask that question.

      Most problems with computer use stems from users fear of breaking things, at least in my experience. When I get new user, I always inform him/her there's nothing they can do to the computer, short of hitting it with baseball bat, that I cannot fix. It only gets easier from there.

      Then they download ransomware and prove you wrong.

      Wipe the PC and/or server and restore backups.

      That's failure recovery. I'd prefer to avoid failure when the option exists.

      We have Draytek to Draytek and they are fine. But EdgeRouter to Draytek is being a pain. lol

      Did do some test with EdgeRouter to EdgeRouter and that seemed fine lol.

      Anyway found a fix/solution.

      Logged into the server and downloaded the images I wanted into the images folder. Then on the page I edited the source code and changed what it enters

      <img width="200" height="50" alt="wynnstay.png" src="http://ostickets/helpdesk/file.php?key=yicwxqo3dmnjhclxirdzgrpxljt7rrqu&expires=1485388800&signature=0cd9c75022866fe708bac4a35557e6b5e8b95ee4">

      to

      <img src="/helpdesk/images/xxxxxxxx.png> etc and that works.

      Not sure why it trying to add images with that code lol

      Set up here is just about 1 vm per service if running Linux. Jira, pydio, openvpn stuff, wordpress nextcloud(testing) XO, Unitrends, other web services those are all separate vms.
      On Windows we do 1 as well, or more if it is easy. But I think file and print and wsus on 1 vm might be the only multiple service server we have. CRM, ADFS, Exchange, AD, Sharepoint are single service vms though, for obvious reasons. So by far most vms running 1 service here. Just makes it easier.
