Also new: Snap into new layouts. 2 apps on left, one on right. or whatever.

        This could be really cool

So really, is it Windows 6.4?

Not sure that they have officially said yet if they are bringing out 6.4 or 7.0, but 6.4 is the expectation. No news on a wholly new kernel family.

It will likely be 6.4, as it looks awfully darn similar. Too much similarity there IMO.

The kernel has no bearing on the look.

Just look at UNIX. The desktop is unrelated to the OS completely. You can put KDE 4 on any number of kernels and even a different OS (like BSD.) It looks identical even though the OS changes underneath it.

Or look at how a website looks the same no matter what web server serves it out.

What, the what? Who named this? Does MS not realize how dumb that name sounds? Especially when everyone knows it already as Windows 9.

"What was the final name for Windows 9?"
                      "Windows 10."

Imagine explaining that one to our children.

@StrongBad What's so hard about telling them that this is the kind of stupidity that happens when you drop out of school.?

Either way, until I use it:
