It will likely be 6.4, as it looks awfully darn similar. Too much similarity there IMO.

Just look at UNIX. The desktop is unrelated to the OS completely. You can put KDE 4 on any number of kernels and even a different OS (like BSD.) It looks identical even though the OS changes underneath it.
Or look at how a website looks the same no matter what web server serves it out.
