A defamation case againt John Oliver has been dismissed with prejudice
An interesting article, I watched the episode in which Oliver called out Murray Energy and the owner (Murray). Really worth watching. I need to find the courts ruling as to read it.

It was linked in a previous article. Basically the judge threw Murray under the bus and ran him over a few dozen times with legalese speak. From one of my lawyer friends the judge didn't leave a lot of room for a viable appeal either.
