I'm sorrycaught me off guard when i started feeling it come on- then it hit me and charlie horsed for about 2 minutes and is still jumping a little bit - might just need to stretch it out some more
Increase salt intake + bananas..Errr...not at the same time.......lol.
I found out watermellon has more potassium in it than bananas, and I'm pretty sure less sugar.

I mentioned this in telegram the other day and forgot to post here i think.
I have it connected to my nextcloud and it seems to work well so far. I’ve also imported my kdbx files successfully.
