Getting everyone using the same Quality/Compression standard will be needed for consistency. I would use an H.264 in a MP4 wrapper for HD video.
Might be good to make a bumper video/Intro video that has a MangoLassi logo and some other stuff and then we could have a slide that the person doing the screen capture puts up right after that (similar styling) with the Title of the training, and the presenters name.
I love me a good bourbon, scotch, or whiskey. I like to sip it, on the rocks, not too slowly, because I don't want it very watered down, not too quickly, cause whiskey shots and I do not mix, and really, it's a waste if you're not tasting it.

You can call their management and talk to them about how they are making sure, with every call, that not just you but everyone that you know will never consider them.
