Another strategy I use is interact with the group and find out their interests. For example I find out what fishing lures they like to use in the group and go out and buy and test them. Then write an article on how to fish them with the fish I caught.

You could have the group ask open questions and post them on ML for members to answer. Then post a link to thread in reply to a comment. That will really engage the users.

Yes, WordPress.com is the giant commercial WordPress hosting service. They've been doing that since pretty much day one. WP is part of a massive (now) conglomerate of web hosting services and technologies. They build the leading anti-spam system (Akismet) and tons of other stuff. Much like NodeBB does but on a massive scale. They make lots of open source software and tons of free hosted tools and use it all to promote their commercial hosting services or support services.

There's no way that any system is going to let you have direct access to the db file, unless they maintained an individual DB file for each patient.

In none of the risk cases is a system "letting" you have access. It would either be someone managing to access a query resulting in a file or someone getting access to the entire database file for everyone.

And @dominica and I are going back and playing the entire Fallout series to be ready for when Fallout 4 is cheap. So playing Fallout (alone) and Fallout 3 together right now.
