Demo is plainly listed, I'm guessing that is just put there to say, hey if you want to do this, you should really build from sources.

I think most network monitoring tools would have this (? ) You could start with PRTG ..

Vembu has been in the business for many years now .. they started of with a peer-to-peer (I'm not sure if this is the right term) backup software, and it was pretty good ... I haven;t used any of the products recently, but based on my experience, their new free backup certainly warrants a try.. Infact, I think I'll do that today ..
