LOL those are not the dimensions they originally had. I must have messed up some css with all the massive UI changes I made. I'll fix it.

You can create a filter that allows you to look at closed tickets simply by clicking on the filter button:

from there select the ticket status closed and click the apply filter (or save it via clicking save filter as view and giving it a name)

Sodium is a RMM/helpedesk tool with the goal of becoming much more. We are currently early on in development but are already seeing a lot of success. As of right this moment it includes the ability to gathering OS/networking/cpu/storage/applications/services information and also allows you to push windows/linux updates through the gui as well (this is still being worked on but it is functional). On top of that we have a built in ticketing system that is functional but missing it's last piece that I'm working on (external portal).

Thanks! We realized that we've been so focused on making the backend work properly that we finally decided we should put some effort into producing something front end that won't blind people lol. Now there is PLENTY more backend work to be done but at least now as we move along people won't be looking at a UI that looks like it's from 1990.

Just to give everyone a taste, this is from my dev environment so everything here is perfectly fine to see.
