It is especially difficult the first time you organize a large event like this. From my experience first time events like this tend to be the best events. Are there going to be hiccups? of course. Thank you! We have put many hours and I have put THOUSANDS of dollars into planning this and getting things ready. This has been a huge learning curve and admittedly lots of fun to get moving on. I also keep reminding myself you can't make everyone happy all the time and I have given up trying to make those fringe people/businesses happy, I am not going to make my self more crazy over weird issues.

My oil change was taking forever just asked why.... My car had 50 updates and it's taking forever.

Ugh had a consult today with a potential client who just had an MSP like this. Now they are so scared of dealing with anyone in IT. Spent 45 minutes explaining why we will provide them with access to everything in their environment (of course we have to get access first), and why we are happy to show them what we are doing. They didn't believe me at first.

Because I am a local business owner I get oil changes, basic tune ups etc. for free every 7,500 miles
