@scottalanmiller Might be the height factor - tall folks just don't fit in tiny cars.

@scottalanmiller Interesting concept. To me, they look like enclosed motorcycles.

@Joyfano A little - more wide-spread use may require bathroom infrastructure to change up a bit in the US.

@Joyfano A new way to bidet - I think that's a win-win for everyone.

The downside to temperate weather year-round is that the mosquitoes don't die.

RE: Do you find a tablet useful for work?posted in IT Discussion
@Minion-Queen 2 gigs ago, I had my iPad rigged to be able to access my windows VM on my desk at work so that I could perform admin functions remotely without use of VPN. It was SUPER handy and meant I could change passwords in AD or restore files whilst riding the train on my commute to/from the office.

@ajstringham Well, having said that - I miss my iPhone. The note 3 has a beautiful display, but it's too big for my small hands.

At my last gig, Windstream was the provider, though it was Nuvox first (before they were bought out.
Their support staff were pretty good, and there was a team designated for the specific system we used at the time. (which was Shoretel) -

@Minion-Queen I have an iPad and windows 8 tablet. I find that they are both very useful in different ways, particularly when I am traveling or away from my desk. Which one I use depends upon what I want to do and where I happen to be.
Out of curiosity - how do you like your iPad mini relative to a regular one?

In addition to Elastix, Shoretel is another system that is pretty good.
I am unsure what the implementation costs are with it, but I found it to be an easy system to learn and administer.
