We deployed a full fleet of Canon printers 4 years ago. We're in the last year of our lease.

I would say they are a solid A. What keeps them from an A+ was that on the desktop MFPs the scanner feeder wasn't great at feeding pages for copies/scans in straight all the time.

Simply, I think he separates the "business" from the "practice" of whatever the profession is.

Reminds me of the E-myth series...

I don't trust hardware manufacturers to write good software. I trust them to make good hardware.

      That, too.

This really doesn't compute to me. If you have bad drivers, how can you expect your hardware to perform well?

How often do you have vendors making their own drivers? Sometimes, but not all that often.

Long story! for now, the only option I have is to set up something on-premise. Eventually, i will be able to move it. Can spiceworks be used only has helpdesk and disable inventory part? Haven't used Spiceworks in a long time

Can't "disable" the inventory. You just "don't use it."

So moral of the story; don't bother with a $2.50 VULTR instance.

I had no issue with mine.

Right the system was probably totally overloaded at the time.

I'm sure it bounces all over the place.

So will the resulting company be called Windlink or Earthstream?

I think it is clear that their next acquisition will be Firehost.

And finally, after they merge with NanoH2O, they will hire Captain Planet as their new CEO. 😉

      Youtube Video

Brought back memories...I had to listen to the entire song.

@Ambarishrh said in Asterisk PBX so many choices, where to begin?:

I would be interested to make calls outside. Here in the UAE they have pretty strict policies on VOIP. I use a voip service called Nymgo with PrivateInternetAccess VPN, but would be great if i can use a provider and try this from the PBX. Not sure if google voice works outside US

Sorry, I keep forgetting about the outside the US thing.

Even ServerMonkey? I ask because I haven't actually used them myself yet.

I've heard there not so good. Never used them myself.

We used Server Monkey to get a Dell R510 a couple of years ago and have had good experiences with them during the time we've been under their parts warranty. The support has been good I thought. But I have not used them for any HP gear.
