@art_of_shred You can monitor temperature and humidity with one of our environmental monitoring probes. It also ties directly in with the software for monitoring purposes. https://powerquality.eaton.com/Products-services/Power-Management/Connectivity/emp.asp

@gjacobse Our UPS units run a battery test every 30 days, set standard from the factory. If you prefer, you can increase the frequency. Utilizing the software can also provide you a live look at your current battery capacity.

@dafyre Our offering is a liquid propane or natural gas generator, so no diesel. The electrical wiring, installation, and the ATS would be additional costs.

@art_of_shred 70-80% is a safe bet. Sometimes it is lower, but that is typically what I default to when sizing.

@DustinB3403 It would be completely dependent on the full list of equipment, but we can definitely make a recommendation for you. With our IPM software, we can load shed some of the non-critical VMs and hosts during an outage to extend runtime. That can make it quite a bit more affordable for you and you can avoid having to purchase as many battery packs to achieve that runtime. What hypervisor are you utilizing?

@JaredBusch Yes, all network card capable models can be tracked. Ones with a network card will be auto-detected and pulled into the main Intelligent Power Manager software screen. For those with a USB connection, it would require it to be loaded locally due to the limited communication capability on those units.

@JaredBusch Yeah, you should be good to go. If you haven't already downloaded the software, give it a try. Just make sure it provides what you need! We love feedback as well! Eaton.com/IntelligentPower
