We've lost customers because of this before, they were only willing to work with MSPs that would acquire leaked VL keys for them. If you refuse,they hire someone else. It's pretty common.

@stacksofplates Per Alienvault 12/2016, it does not do rogue device detection and alerting. Yet, anyway seeing it is a major flaw in it being a USM.

KioWare is a competitor to sitekiosk, so you may want to try that as an alternative. That being said, if you reach out to sitekiosk, they may have a fix/solution for the problem you are running into.

Yes but to view them the whole database that windows uses must be restored. It's not true files on the system that you are accessing with that.

Absolutely. I was just saying I'm glad that when we expose poor service publicly, many companies will then deal with the issue (vs phone / chat support where they run you around in circles and don't fix the issue).
