    • RE: Home office desk

I got an Uncaged Ergonomics Rise Up electric standing desk about 2 years ago. You can order it direct or through other resellers. The tops they sell are supposed to be really nice, but they add a bit to the cost. I ordered the frame only online from Bed Bath and Beyond because I had a 15% or 20% coupon (I think it ended up being $250). I'm in Amish country, so I had a 5/4" pine top made for $60 and added a plexiglass sheet. You can get tops at Home Depot or Lowes too (butcher block, melamine, etc.).

It is really built well. Tech support is available by phone or email. I only needed it when the controller had to be reset. I think my only complaint is that it doesn't have any built-in wire management, but that's easy to work around.

      Some specs:

      • 2 motors
      • 4-custom-preset controller with display
      • Height from 26" to 51.6"
      • Adjustable width 42.3" up to 71" - the top can probably go another 12" (6" overhang on either side)
      • Handles up to 250 lbs.
      • 5 yr. warranty.

@JaredBusch Just a guess since I haven't used Proxmox for years. I just saw a post elsewhere about a problem running AlmaLinux 9.1 where the CPU had to be changed from Default (kvm64) to Host.

@JaredBusch Ah, too bad that wasn't the fix.

      @WrCombs

Just a wild guess, but maybe a corrupted profile or a temporary profile that's getting created each time the user boots?

    • RE: MS O365 Autodiscovery: Failing

I had a similar problem several months ago with an existing O365 account. The user could no longer configure Outlook for their account and the problem happened across 3 machines. The user could access the online version of Outlook. After spending weeks with MS support with no success, I ended up disabling MFA for the user and Outlook worked again. After testing a few things, I enabled MFA again and it stayed working. No idea why that was the fix, but we've had a lot of problems enabling MFA for users.

      Hope this helps.

      Try disabling Hyper-V.

I use virtualbox all the time. It's great and super-easy to use.

      I have never enabled it

I found out when installing Docker Desktop for users that Hyper-V gets enabled and Virtualbox stops working. I'd double-check Hyper-V.
