      @bigbear I guess it really depends on what you and your customers need / expect from a filter. I think a large part of service evaluation/selection comes down to the nature of their email and how they choose to handle it. So obviously some services are better tailored than others. Are there must haves that your client(s) need / expect?

      @MattSpeller @bigbear So basically you need to know what your customers want + what they might need. Then juggle the logistics of like HIPPA etc. Again it comes down to industry and what a specific customer might need.

      @bigbear The best solution might be to check out the top rated service providers on Spiceworks (sorry MangoLassie !). It's generally a good indicator of what you can expect from a service provider. Good hunting!
