We tried to update normally from the Settings/Updates and Security/Windows Updates and it failed, we tried with the ISO installer and it is not working also, we are dealing with the same issue on two computers, some ideas on how to fix that?

Very useful tool, specially when computer gets freeze.
Very interesting, this tool we always use to check Windows system configuration.
Interesting, so is a bad idea to disable the firewall that we have with our own OS Windows, what about the Windows Defender, I mean the antivirus and the firewall of Windows They go hand in hand right?
Most of these tools I have used at least once doing support on computers.
Useful tools for networking!
Very Very Interesting, but the most important, this Command Line Tools are useful specially when you work remotely.
Interesting! I just wonder if it is possible for example to copy or move a complete installation of Windows to another disk just copying the files, is that possible? I mean like copy for example the whole C:\Windows folder to another folder on another disk D:\Windows and try to boot the Operative system? Well I don't know if my question is a bit dumb, sorry if it is.
Very interesting, specially the Scott's reply.
Very Interesting, but I would like to check comments from other users about this features mentioned on the video, I mean all of them work properly and are useful at all? or there are another alternative like application or devices that can challenge with the features mentioned on the video? Well I just wonder.
Very Interesting, I like Windows 10 xD
@scottalanmiller Ohh I see it is a good Idea to try LINUX!
Interesting, I didn't know Windows 8 has many features, but I don't think I can consider install Windows 8 in a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz with 3 GB RAM.
Very Interesting, so I think I would better install the Windows 7 64 version for my Pentium 4 of 3.0 GHz with 3 GB of RAM instead of try the crazy idea of install Windows 10 on that computer.
Interesting, this is the first time I heard about Chrome OS.
So the disadvantage to choose LINUX is based on the drivers for different devices that you will use, but I thought LINUX can recognize easily how to use the different devices, well maybe I am wrong I am not a LINUX user yet. But I have also another question, All LINUX Versions are free? I've heard some are not free at all is that true?
Very interesting, I remember I've heard that sometimes to fix a hard drive that is damaged you can put it inside of a freezer with bags of course and it can be fixed, is that true or is a myth or a lie? Sorry about foolish question. xD
@scottalanmiller but that was the red light that indicates that the CPU is not working.
I am listening about beeps code errors, but what happen if the computer has not speaker installed on the case? should I have to buy an extra speaker or something else? because I was dealing with an issue on a computer and I just noticed that a red light was shining on the motherboard and after check the motherboard manual I noticed that the CPU is not working, maybe I would noticed that faster if the speaker would be installed but there is no speaker on the computer case.
