Correct. In fact the phone will export it as macaddress-all.cfg in the first place.

This is one area where Fusion is kicking @#!$@. This particular install is just one I would prefer to switch over later after I have done more video on FusionPBX

I do a fare amount of international shipping. Several South American countries use middle shippers in Florida to shuttle things back and forth due to super long shipping times and lost mail issue.

I'm lucky since I know most parties involved, so there is nearly zero risk to me.

That (FusionPBX/Freeswitch) is next on my list of things to do this week, after firmware updates to Ubiquiti gear.

You know, if nothing else you could use it to provision and configure your phones to your FreePBX instances. The provisioned is great.

Its a windows RDSH server btw. Made a huge difference. I went ahead and defrag (optimized) the block storage attachment as well for the hell of it.

So much of HIPPA is simple common sense with no all users seem to understand. You don'[t keep patient data on the local computer.
IIRC - Bitlocker isn't 'approved' for drive security - Vera Crypt I know isn't. But if you do an RDS session to the server - keeping all the data on the server, you may be fine with that. Keeping everything off the local prevents multiple failure points.

As far as many comments about redundancy and not all eggs in one basket. Just need to have a backup system that runs a nightly backup and restore script to another server or two. Setting up a server cluster is also possible for both systems.

I can move 300 to 500 items per month. If I could get closer to 1,000 I feel like that would unlock the next level.

But you are right, based upon the levels of pricing I see at VOIP Supply, etc there are people who probably buy VOIP hardware once or maybe once per year if they are an IT Reseller.

But that whole strategy could be pandering to a crowd so small that it would never help achieve the sales volume I am hoping to get to.

@JaredBusch since I havent went out to buy a new workstation yet I find myself rather addicted to RDSH (on which I have installed Chrome). Seems like Firefox on Windows = nothing really works as well as Chrome).

I have been looking at doing a Linux Terminal Server but updates are scarce and I am not sure NX (nomachine) could give the low latency performance that RDSH2016 is giving me.

Come here to X organization and buy all your X products. We will go get and share the best wholesale pricing based on that volume and charge a transparent for (or membership?). Spread the word, grow the volume, etc.

One advantage I have, aside from having savings, is an in-place customer base and volume that I can keep. My previous employer isnt interested in this business and so long as I am not selling phone service or competing I can still sell to those customers.

Several times among various instances in Chicago. But, never at the same time. So I assumed staged updates or something. Never contacted them on it.

I did manage to get Windows 10 Home Edition running as a kiosk RDP thin client. $179 for a Windows Minix, no add-ons or hacks.

All was done in the registry. I will post later for reference.

Considering it has a legit Win10 Home license you could consider it a $79 fully capable RDP 10.2 thin client.

I'm still surprised at the lack of Linux based RDP 10 solution. FreeRDP has really fell behind. RDP 10 or even 8.2 is a significant improvement over previous versions.
