Having a grilled Qorn salad with ranch for lunch. Something healthy for a change of pace.

After creating a new account I'm finally going to head to lunch. I think I'm eating a salad today. Trying to lose weight for my wedding.

Caught a trout Saturday. Fillet'd it, skin off, cut into small thin slices. Dusted with flour, then egg wash, then panko bread crumbs. Flash fried in oil for ~30 seconds. Results were delicious.
