I still don't understand why the people sending over 100 emails ,~12 of then were produced by the on site server , aren't being investigated either.

The big issue I see is that this isn't the fault of a single person. From everything I've read this is systemic for the state department as two previous SoS' both ran private servers.

Well, technology has advanced quite bit with each term of this position so yes it is possible the rules weren't clearly stated for the particular position. However anyone with a brain should understand the difference between work and personal emails as well as classified and unclassified emails.

Everyone who has a security clearance (I know firsthand) receives training for what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. What HRC did is certainly not acceptable. When you work for a defense company, you often see posters and receive emails of people who leak information and what their sentence was. This is well known in the industry and the government makes you have understand the dire consequences of mishandling sensitive information.

HRC had multiple server admins. The server admins should have known better themselves and maybe they warned HRC, but who knows. I can't imagine being in a position of a server admin and not knowing that possible classified information was being leaked.

I don't know what kind of information was leaked, but at a minimum she should lose her security clearance which I am assuming would DQ her for President.

@IRJ Isn't it always the same? Get high enough and you don't need to be afraid of anything.

                  Same here in Germany:

                  • BER (IATA), our new "mega-airport" in Berlin, exploded in costs. Planned for EUR 1B in 2006. We're at EUR 6B right now. People in charge got changed at least 3 times. No one was sentenced.
                  • Hamburg Elbphilharmonie (high class concert hall): Planned for EUR 77M in 2007, right now at roughly 750M. 10 times higher. Any serious sentencing? Nope.
                  • Eurofighter
                  • Eurocopter
                  • Puma, armored car / small tank
                  • NH90 helicopter
                  • A400M
                  • G36 rifle
                  • (anything military)

And this is just about money. Sure, politics involved, but nothing that may fall under 18 U.S. Code § 793

Yes, you are right once you reach a certain level of power, you are invincible. The Clintons have always gotten their way and this isn't the first time they have been in trouble. However, this is different because you are talking about national secrets. Money is replaceable, but some secrets are priceless. At least 8 emails were considered Top Secret which is vital to national security.

@IRJ Well, like the past showed us, even lying about a war reason isn't a problem in the US of A. And it works at least twice.

Yes, and the USA has a long history of lying to get involved in wars. Look at the Spanish-American War, WWI, and Vietnam.

Don't leave out WWII. Our leaders wanted us in while the popular opinion of the population was to stay out. I firmly believe that we intentionally egged Japan on. Yeah, it did not take much but still.

Wars are quite profitable. Especially when you are on the winning side.

That's right kids, all politicians are useless scumbags that deserve a slow death at best... Just like the police, they are able to do anything they like without reproach or penalty. Had y'all not already figured this out??? How many decades has it been since a politician was accountable for their actions??? They all deserve the Targaryan treatment... see video below for further details.
