Does anyone here use enterprise ticketing systems, such as ZenDesk, FootPrints, Remedy, or any other popular ones?

Just wanted to see what everyone has.

At my current company, we use BMC FootPrints.

NTG uses Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk+ OnDemand for our internal IT. And we use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for customer ticketing.

No, Asana is a project tool that you use. It's not a corporate tool that NTG uses.

I have an account with Asana, pretty neat platform.

The VOIP team's using it as well for all their projects. All our FTEs and our primary VOIP contractor are on it. Apparently I'm missing a memo somewhere about Zoho.

I love it. It's a very flexible platform that lets you mold it into what you need it to be. It could perhaps be the most effective for collaborative teams working on large projects. With a little twist, it can also be an issue tracking system, job candidate tracking platform for HR departments (minus personal info), purchasing system, and so much more. It's what makes handling many projects and not losing details possible.

You don't handle internal IT so you wouldn't have needed to have been included. Like I said. ME is used for internal IT and CRM for external. Just like you never see the one, I never see the other.

Plus one for ZenDesk. I just setup a Zap to add tickets to my Google Calendar, pretty cool.
