Upgraded from 8.2.2 to 8.2.3 Everything works but when I share a file the notify by email check box is no longer there. Did OC remove it?

Where is the check box? I do not see it in my 8.2.2 instance either.
B ut I assume I would need this setting enabled before I see it.
