The level of SEO here is mind boggling at times.
It is pretty good most of the time.
I've replied to threads saying "Let me go look that up", and had that same thread be the first thing in the search results. Methinks you understate things!
Not really. I search in private mode browsers a lot and ML results are not as high as it seems compared to someone that Google knows has been here.
