Quick things that you should know about....

There is talk of a community meetup in Manhattan early next week. Informal and small, probably just half a dozen community members. @Minion-Queen and I are likely going to be in Manhattan (don't know which day yet) right by Grand Central to work all day and some people might want to get together.
MangoCon is the first community conference and is happening in two months in Upstate NY, in Rochester. Should be really cool and a great way to get involved quickly. It's the first one so will be small, informal and a learning experience but hopefully very valuable, too.
