Whether the job plays important role in life?
If the job plays important roles means whether the employee get experience in his life either than his work ?The employee or the company should have any other rules to improve the individual persons personality?
Whether any company gives the good exposure in life as well as work?
Whether the people in higher hierarchy in a company are easily communicating with the employee in every company??

Jobs play a HUGE role in life. There are few things that you do with your life that take up so much of it. If your job and your bed are good, life will be good, for the most part. Sleeping takes up roughly 33% of all of your life. Your job often takes up about another 33%, especially in countries where long hours and six and seven day a week workweeks are expected. The remaining 33% is all kinds of things, like family, friends, eating, bathing, commuting, hobbies, television, video games, etc.
