The gist of the conclusion is that if you do things you enjoy that are high energy and are in a community you tend to feel better, and feeling better equals living longer.

The gist of the conclusion is that if you do things you enjoy that are high energy and are in a community you tend to feel better, and feeling better equals living longer.
Yeah that's what I got from it.
It comes down to stress relief / less bad stress, diet, exercise, sleep.

How hard is it not to do drugs? Pretty damn hard considering the vast majority of humans use drugs.
