          I provided the link to the full documentation. It's trivial to look up Lenovo's official documents that explain what a CPU card is, provide you the picture of it (that I provided), etc. If your friends are telling you bad information, they are failing to 1) knew very basic things about computers and 2) not looking up things that they obviously know nothing about and 3) giving you bad information while pretending to know something about it.

          Either they hate you are and trying to hurt you. Or they are willing to hurt you in order to hide their incompetence. In either case, I would stop talking to these people.

              A surprisingly high number of people in IT are faking that they are able to do their jobs. It's very important for your own career to recognize when people actually know what they are talking about and when they are bluffing. Which people you can trust with advice and which you cannot.
