Anyone see Divergent this weekend?

Don't even know what it is.

Not that I read it, it's based on a book that's based on a dystopian society. Not the same story, but kinda like Hunger Games. It's also a trilogy.
I found it interesting, not overly futurist in technology. But considering that one of the factions in the movie was dedicated to knowing things, I'm surprised the society seemed to be so low end in the first place.

Saw a snippet of an article speaking poorly, but vaguely, about the ending. The ending is not popular. That is a big deal to me (i.e., story closure & whatnot), so not too interested. -

It is a triology, so I understand the ending.
Hunger Games could have been a single novel story - I don't think Divergent was ever meant to be.

I think my wife is, she has read all of the books. I'm not a big reader, but the trailers do look really good. I will probably see it.
