Arrest Warrant Issued for Gum Thief

A nine year old boy, accused of stealing gum, has had an arrest warrant issued for him. Never mind the fact that in the US he has no legal means of getting to the court house. Basically he has been now charged with failing to break the law, apparently illegal in Idaho.
