Not good at all. I wonder what services are offline from this.

Wow, that is not good at all. Is Netflix still online? That's all that really matters.

Is there confirmation that it's an Amazon building? I can't find anything official about it.

Every search takes you advertising for the Amazon Fire phone.

yeah I'm just seeing some people on twitter mention it, but can't find any news articles that confirm who the building belongs to.

Doing some digging and it looks like a lot of companies have space in that data center, including Facebook and Amazon.

Here's confirmation that it is an actual data center:
                        http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/crews-responding-to-a-three-alarm-fire-off-of-smith-switch-road-in-asburn-va/2015/01/09/95422d9e-981a-11e4-8005-1924ede3e54a_story.html
and it's a three alarm fire, which is pretty substantial.
