Also go into the Asterisk SIP Settings and ensure that NAT is enabled for
chan_sipif you are using it.

And if the extensions are
chan_sip, make sure the NAT is enabled there also.

@NashBrydges - Silly question but is the handset plugged into the correct jack on the back of the phone? I can't remember if the handset and headset ports are similar on the T57W.

@NashBrydges - just a couple other thoughts:
Do either locations have a double nat?
Who are the ISPs? Maybe something with the ISP provided hardware?

Both locations use the same ISP and no double NAT either.

Can you disable SIP ALG on them? (sometimes called SIP transformation on other routers)
