FreePBX Extension status

The goal of this page is a couple things.
First, see the details of the extensions that are currently registered.
Next, up will be sending commands to tell the phones to reboot or check for new configs. But it will do it by AOR. So if you have 3 phones on the same extension (because you use PJSIP), it will only send the command to the specific device you want to send it to.
I have not done any code there yet.
