I thought it was just me. I've had the exact same issue with the "wrong password" entry in the log when I know this not to be true. If I reload the console it reconnects. Voip.ms told me to connect to a different server but that just feels like they're avoiding having to solve the issue. It happens every few days.

In order to try and prove them wrong, you need to get a pcap of this when it happens.

Chicago7 had some odd static issue going on mid afternoon. Checked 3 of the clients I have pointing to it and all had the same problem. I was about to move to a different server again and then it cleared up. Guess the only positive thing is they didn’t disconnect 👍

I have noticed that you guys all seem to be using Skyetel now. Does that mean you jumped ship from voip.ms or do you guys use it as a failover?

Skyetel offers some pretty awesome pricing, sadly it's hidden behind the " " wall. I don't know what to call it.
If you get an account, and then message @Skyetel here, they will move you to the good rates. I'm not sure how normal customers get to the good rates - I'm sure it was posted here before, just don't recall.

They do not. The special rates are only for those who can demonstrate in the relationship that they have the support infrastructure to not be a burden. A "normal" needs far more support, and therefore must pay for it because they lack the ability to demonstrate a reason to get a discount. Normal rates are for normal people for a reason.

Well, OK - finally a good explanation as to why you caved to them hiding these good prices.

                  Thanks.

Perhaps it stated - but definitely not in a "way" that was clear to me.

@JaredBusch Thanks for the hint. I'll try to set that up.
