      It would be more easier for others see to your resume and its changes if it was available via OneDrive, Google Drive, etc...

                    It's Amazing that you came up with this out of the information given, almost sounds like Way more than what I've done.

                          Depends entirely on the position, some positions you wouldn't submit a cover letter at all.

                                  If you were applying to be a CTO of a college for example, you'd submit a cover letter, but at this experience level and where we expect you to be applying too. I doubt you'd actually be looked down on for not submitting one.

                                      Now if the job posting says a Cover letter is required, well in that case you'd do it.

                                      But again. . . real world things to consider here. Just trying to get you out of the hellhole you're in today.

                                        Not quite sure how I'd phrase those to make more sense in the scheme of your work experience.

                                            You don't keep a copy of any configuration files or anything at all with a tool like Veeam or Symantec Backup Exec?
