Outlook/Exchange 2010 when creating a meeting, the rooms do not appear in the list automatically?

As the title says, when I create a meeting the rooms don't populate the right hand side under Room Finder, which seems counter intuitive to me.

Am I just wanting more than I can currently have?

I'll fess up and admit I didn't google search this before posting.. I am now though. 😉

I'm no good at rooms either, I am afraid.

IIRC, the meeting rooms might have checkbox in their profile that says something to the effect of "Show in directory".
That could be helpful, or useless - but it's the best I can come up on a Saturday morning before coffee.

There is a 'hide from Exchange address Lists' but that is unchecked (and the rooms are findable if I click the button seen above)
