Wireless headset for Skype for Business...

Hi folks,
I need a wireless headset that works with Skype for Business fully. Bluetooth or USB WIFi dongle, or both.
Currently, we have a Logitech H800. This device is not fully supported for Skype for Business.
When away from the desk, the headset will ring if somebody calls in, but you are not able to answer the call from the headset. So, you have to run back to the desk and answer the call in Skype for Business soft phone, which then connects the call and works over the wireless headset.
Running back to the desk each time is not the solution and wont work for this particular user. What devices do you use for this? The H800 is fine other than not being able to answer a call wirelessly or hang-up.

Sennheiser and Plantronics both make good solutions for this.

We use Plantronics. It's pretty good.

Jabra is our preferred headset for S4B. I am not a work so I can't find the exact model# but I think ours are 9450

I have been using the Jabra Pro 9450 for sometime... It's worked great for the Desk phone, Skype, Skype for Business and Gaming...

Question number one should be - how much time does the user spend talking in the headset and how much time wearing it? And how far from the desk?
Logitech H800 is not the type of professional headsets you'll find in a call center or anyone who works primarily with a headset on.
Also if you're a casual user it's pretty big and dual earmuffs is not optimal if you need to talk to people in the office.
So best to find out the parameters first and then think about what options you have.
For instance, we use these type of bluetooth headsets (Plantronics).

This isn't a Skype for Business issue - this is just a lack of pickup button on the headset issue, or is there a button that works with other software, just not S4B?
As mentioned - real professional gear like Sennheiser and Plantronics work well in this space.
