I have installed netdata on a VPS running Ubuntu 18.04 using the install script.

Everything installed fine and it’s running. I am able to see the process, and curl localhost:19999. So it’s definitely running.

      I can’t access it via ip:19999

      UFW is off.

      What am I missing?

It is bound to localhost only?

          By default, yes.

Netdata config file has the binding. should be 127.0.0.1 by default. You want 0.0.0.0

I could tell you the file name but I am on my phone at the graduation.
