Yup, we've been using that all in production for a while (Collabora is the only recent part.) Collabora takes LibreOffice and makes it hosted in your web browser so that it launches right from inside of your NextCloud storage.
It's a pretty nice package.

Ours run on our Scale HC3 cluster and probably costs around $15/mo beyond that, mostly for MailGun.

Don't forget to factor backup, spam filtering, etc.

That's correct. We've had better luck with MailGun, though. Used both and I like SendGrid, but their deliverability wasn't very good.

For most, but it's...
- Not truly self hosting, MailGun is our actual MTA.
- We have the expertise to make it a non-issue for support.
- Our needs are relatively unique and the cost for hosted is extreme, we were going to go with Zoho till they did their 50% price increase.

the reason I actually asked that is - because no one asked the OP why he wants/needs to host his own email server. I'm more than a bit surprised by this.
Sure there are times when you need to, but that seems like the place to start.

@Dashrender I would assume he is currently using a hosting service, and based on @mroth911 most recent posts is looking to cut as much cost wherever possible, and utilize his server infrastructure to the maximum capacity without any continuous monthly spend for services that he could host himself.

Because most of us have seen lots of threads from him and have an idea of what his situation is.

Given his other posts, he may also be looking to be a provider himself. No idea if that is true, but reasonable.

If you put cpanel on a server - not saying you should - but don't you get a complete mail setup with dovecot, postfix, spamassasin and the whole shebang? And then set it to relay smtp through mailgun.
Isn't that what all those website and email providers do? Or are they each running custom configs?

Yes, and no business considers that an email solution. Yes, it technically sends and receives email, but in a nearly useless fashion.
