          @Dashrender thats the point, and the FCC would say that is an acceptable amount of latency.

            I'm not really sure where to go with this one.

            for real life, no of course that level of latency is unacceptable, but for typical internet usage - web surfing, youtube, netflix, etc - it's totally fine.

            Places on the internet that this does matter is - live video, live voice chat, video games... While many people do these things, I'm not sure they rise to the level of concern of the government at this time.
