McCall's 129 Ways to Get a Husband

Some highlights from this issue include and article by JFK on Three Women of Courage, a "doctor" telling us if sex manuals are a thread to marriage, and a list of 129 ways that a woman can land herself a husband.

That's right, JFK contributed material to the same issue that had this "brain storming report on how to land yourself a man." And before you real in disgust that our former president did this, just remember that he was a senator at the time, and stuff like this is probably exactly why he got so popular as to get to be president.

#129: Don't marry him if he has too many loose buttons.

I can attest personally this usually means he just needs a woman in his life that is willing to sew or teach him how to dress properly because he's too stupid to do either one of those things.

I love how after all that desperation, they end with "don't date a man with too many loose buttons". The whole thing is like "don't be picky, take anyone with a pulse" and ends with the pickiest sh1t ever.
