I'm looking for a Polycom VVX 410 that has whatever firmware RingCentral used on it.

I have a potential client that owns their RC phones and wants to switch solutions.

This model phone is supported in FreePBX EPM, so that means with clean firmware it should work on any SIP based PBX, but I want to test before I get back to them with a full quote.

Anyone have one laying around or for sale? Ebay failed me. There are some out there, but none clearly stating that they are RC based.

Thanks. I’m not concerned that the model itself doesn’t work. Just need to know that I can easily convert one.

I don't have this phone or firmware, but changing the firmware is easy enough to do between different protocols.

SfB SIP etc. Just need the firmware.

I'm trying to find a download.

So it looks like RC MIGHT actually lock the phones, and you'd be forced to get them to unlock the phones before you can change the password firmware etc.
