@dbeato when i use the upgrade path tool it gives me a 5 version step downgrade then upgrade path. the downgrade notes say that i could lose configuration entries, so not ideal.

Yes, if you read the releases noted it is related to VLANs configuration.

abit unrelated but have you ever noticed that FG unit deletes specific IPv4 rule each 1 or 2 months ?

And F you like it ddid to me today, and not any rule it is the rule I placed for manager that want to access FB and youtube so they get really pissed

@emad-r no, mine seems to be stable. some earlier firmwares seem to have some issues where internet access would get progressively slower and eventually need a reboot, but this version seems to be ok.

I have thing when address group would get *live.com address in it out of no where, and by doing so this address group in certain rule will be removed and this happens every 3 months out of sudden

update - the upgrade path tool now shows a direct 1 step upgrade from 5.6.3 to 6.0.0 and the upgrade page on the router now shows no warning. i think i will try an update this evening.

upgrade to 6.0.0 is done and was such a non event. can't see any issues with my setup.
