To promote it their FAQ is all wrong. Which suggests that they donโ€™t even have a casual knowledge of Linux. I see literally zero, possibly even negative, value to their product.

And itโ€™s based around CentOS and RHEL which I would only deploy when absolutely necessary. Fedora for critical workloads instead.

When using the VNC console only the keyboard works and mouse works, but clicking does not.

          Is that normal?

Update: Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer 11 all don't work.

I have that problem on Vultr's VNC console sometimes.

                Just use an app?

There's Remote Desktop Viewer on Linux that does VNC well.

Hopefully, they keep expanding the VM Management capabilities in Cockpit. If they get a fully functional WebUI for KVM into Cockpit, that would be awesome.

I has for a while now, but you need to install the full version and the storage add-on. Don't think it was included with the basic install included with a new system.

Nice The Nas thread (https://mangolassi.it/topic/16397/nas-alternative-on-the-cheap) got me thinking about that.

I believe itโ€™s created under user session or something like that.

                                          Don't blame Cockpit, that's a user error.
                                          Works fine for me.

Did you log in to cockpit as root or with your account and made sure to enable Reuse my password for privileged tasks at the login screen?

Without it, in Virt Manager, your vm will be located under QEMU/KVM User session. You might have to add a new connection in Virt Manager to see it.
