Washington State Attorney General Issues Warning About Comcast Scam Fees
-
In a consumer alert posted by Washington's State Attorney General, citizens have been warned that Comcast has been misleading customers and sneaking extra charges onto their bills. The state is suing the anti-neutrality promoter.
Not only are they doing this, but after getting caught Comcast has been accused by the state of increasing the degree of deception involved and getting worse, not better.

I live in WA. Not only all this, but i am just about certain they have charged me 13 times in the last 12 months. My payment date gets moved up 2 or 3 days a month every month, which mean one extra payment in a 12 month period.
