Windows 10 Busted for Privacy Violations in Holland

Dutch regulators have stated that since Windows 10 does not tell what data is being collected nor how it is used, there is no means for end users to consent to the use and therefore violates European privacy laws. They also determined that Windows 10 does not respect the privacy settings as they are set.
