It's not accurate. It shows PS Vue doesn't include local channels, and while it's true in some markets, I do have all the locals included.

No, it used geolocation and put me in NY market. I just noticed it's still in beta, so that could explain it.

I've been giving Youtube TV a go since they have a month long trial. Meh. It isn't terrible, but it doesn't give me any advantages over Comcast right now with fewer channels, more restrictions, and I would still have to buy internet from Comcast (dearth of options) and end up saving no money in the end.

I've switched a couple of times between Sling and PSVue. If you have fastest enough broadband they both worked well for me. I like the DVR with sling better than the one with PSVue.

I had Sling on symmetric 100Mbit ftth. It was just crap. AMC was out every evening, and when Walking Dead had season opening, entire thing would go down. 0 issues since I've switched to PS Vue.

Sling and Hulu can eat many bags of dicks each. Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, and of course Kodi are all wonderful.

A great option for cordcutters is to find someone you know who pays for cable tv and get their cable provider login. You can watch some live channels, plus any network's streaming stuff that requires login.

My gf's mom has no desire to cut the cord, so she and I get to reap the benefits.

Comcast allows you to create user accounts with limited access.

That might be changing soon. My Amazon Fire TV just told me that Thursday night NFL can be streamed live.

Umm how? The newly announced FireTV has no port for it.

However, I do have a question for @hobbit666. Is BBC public broadcast for you (aka free Over the air)?

Yes it a FREE channel and all the BBC's Channels also Channel4 E4 ITV are too.
Most you can get/watch through BBCiplayer ITV player and 4oD (not sure if they location lock though)

@hobbit666 It is location locked. We have to subscribe to BBC America on cable or satellite and they won't allow anybody outside of the UK watch online. It kind of sucks.
