Microsoft offers completely passwordless authentication for online apps, opting for phone based authentication instead.

Password vs PIN? Still something you have to type, arguably not as good as keeping a password with the OTP. A phone missing for a few hours could easily go without being reported - and guessing a PIN might not be as hard some some think.

But meh - I guess they are getting there.

Sounds like the Linux Devs are not overly happy with this new Code of Conduct:

@stuartjordan yeah I think @JaredBusch posted a link about this the other day. The rules that exist today someone exclude everyone who isn't a straight white male from contributing. . .

If I was a more daring person I might actually have an opinion of this. . .

This is news to me. .

I'm surprised Google wont work on this considering people want this for youtube which is their product lol.

I don't mind opening up FF if something feels too choppy in Chrome, otherwise I will use Chrome.

You mean Linux people? Because its all good for Windows, Mac and ChromeOS users.

Is this is an issue for Opera and Vivaldi browser?

There are two sides to this really.

                                          1. it did not happen
                                          2. it did, but the Amazon, Apple, & Supermicro are barred from stating as much by the top secret investigation going on.

Yeah, and the counter argument to it happening is the verbose nature in which Apple and other large companies are discussing it not happening.
