Only a couple of countries in Europe were impacted, not their entire customer base.

That's good. Anyone buying Domino's in Europe is pretty silly anyway.

Why? Cannot the locals want American food?

The locals never want American food.

That is blatantly false, or all the american fast food companies would not have presence there. They would be out of business, and they are not.

Especially not pizza. Nearly all of Europe has local famous pizza.

Who says Dominos is making American style Pizza in Europe?

Most Fast Food chains carry many local things from that country...

The chains tend to put their own regional spin on the menu. For example, the Pizza Hypnotika:
                      http://pizza.dominos.fr/les-details-du-produit/pizzas/hypnotika
That doesn't look anything like what I've had from Dominos, and have tried their pizza at various regions of the US.

I have spent a LOT of time in Japan, I understand that better than most.

Wow. That's a bit unusual, but does seem yummy.

Not that I've seen. I imagine Dominos is in those countries for American tourists or locals wanting to see what Americans eat.

In Europe, American pizza means French fries on it.
