I am facing issue in the Windows 10 OS with the Netscaler EPA Scan in the machine of Windows 10 OS.When I am trying to login to the Client credential page the EPA scan goes on for a long time and then throughs the error as the Access Denied with the different case id present in it.Can anyone faced this issue in the machines with the Citrix ?
The citrix receiver is reinstalled and tried and checked the host file also but unable to go the Credential page itself ?
      Any good help ?

I have never messed with this, so I'll ask some generic questions for a bit more info.

Clear your cache, just for fun. It has caused me issues in anything that changes at all.

I wonder if the access denied is saying bad credentials or if it is just timing out? If bad credentials, you may want to check the integrity of the database, at least in the concern of that login or account. If it is timing out, you may have something network related blocking this.

This is just an overall view of things. If anyone else has more experience with this, please chime in.

@FiyaFly The windows profile is renamed, temporary file cleared cache cleared, then the IE is also reset where the credential is also right. The credential page does not opens where the Netscaler scans the machine for the compactibility then it gives an error as the Access Denied in it.

@Lakshmana The netscaler plugin reinstalled, netscaler endpoint analysis is also verified as well and also the Citrix REceiver is installed and checked with the different versions also. This does not happens for the specific user which happens for the random thing

@Lakshmana said in Citrix Issue in EPA Scan:

Okay, I think I'm starting to follow. It sounds like the scan is throwing you an access denied, as in Netscaler does not have permissions to run a scan on that machine. Can you recall changing anything as far as firewall on the machine, or making sure to create a local user for Netscaler?

@FiyaFly The local user is also the same issue happens as well as the AD ID of the user also. There is no firewall blocking this because the working machine has the same process followed in it
